THE INSTRUCTORS

LOVISA

Lovisa's approach is rooted in expression, emotion, and personal growth, not technical level. Her goal is for students to leave feeling happier, more inspired, and more fulfilled than when they walked in. She moves to Afro-inspired music and builds her classes around individuality: discovering your own confidence, your own persona.

"You are welcome exactly as you are. I'm here to support you, guide you, and help you grow."

FIA

Fia draws on years of experience as both a dancer and teacher. She combines quality technical training with genuine fun. Students don't just learn steps, they learn how to listen to their body and understand what it's doing. Hip hop and R&B drive her classes, and she brings a warmth that makes hard things feel approachable.

"It might look hard, but trust me, I got you."

HILMA

Hilma's choreography explores the full range of movement: flowing and fluid one moment, sharp and grounded the next. Her classes play with contrasting alter egos and often pull from amapiano alongside hip hop, with a consistent focus on expressive, playful arms. She doesn't limit herself to one style, and she doesn't expect you to either.

"This is a place to explore motion within yourself, not to show off or compete. Everyone's interpretation is appreciated here."

HANNA

Hanna's priority is simple: make everyone in the room feel good. Her classes mix current tracks with old-school hip hop grooves, and she teaches in a way that's warm and never intimidating.

"Come as you are."

SEAN

Sean has been part of the Stockholm street dance scene for years — as a competitor, a creator, and now a teacher. In choreography class, his focus is on how you inhabit the piece: not just learning the steps, but understanding the intention behind them and making the movement yours. His classes are precise, energetic, and push you to perform, not just execute.

"Be ready to challenge yourself in how you make the blueprint yours."

DAVID

David's classes are high energy, performance-driven, and unapologetically full out. He lives for the girly fantasy: the attitude, the drama, the commitment, and he expects you to bring it too. You'll sweat, you'll laugh, and you'll probably surprise yourself with how much you can perform when someone pushes you to go there.

"It's always full out, whatever I create. Don't be shy: perform and live your best life."

MANTAS

Mantas founded Gravity and has spent over 12 years teaching, building dancers from the ground up into teachers and leaders. His focus is always the same: a real connection between the dancer, the music, and the movement. When that connection is pure, he believes it's the most magical thing dance has to offer.

The moments he lives for are the quiet ones, when something finally clicks for a student and they find themselves through it. "I love seeing the moment when a student finally connects to themselves through dance."

What are Choreography classes?

Choreography classes are where technical training becomes performance. You learn a combination or full piece set to music, building retention, timing, execution, and stage presence simultaneously.

At Gravity, choreography is rooted in street styles and what's actually happening in movement culture right now. The goal isn't just to get the steps, it's to understand the textures, dynamics, and energy that make a piece come alive.

Picking up combinations quickly and retaining them

Execution: making movement sharp, intentional, and clear.

Musicality: hitting the music,
not just following counts

Dynamics and contrasts
within a piece

Performance quality and presence in the room

What you will learn?

Who Is This For?

CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES ARE SUITED TO DANCERS WITH SOME MOVEMENT BACKGROUND WHO ARE READY TO WORK.

You don't need to be advanced, but you should come prepared to focus.
